Here at Algiere Ranch, our cattle always roam our pastures freely and are never contained in a building. They have access to a wide variety of grasses, clover, and minerals to fulfill all of their nutritional needs (…and a few treats here and there for now). A healthier animal provides healthier beef. We strive to continuously improve our herd’s genetics in order to bring the highest quality meat to your table.
100% grass-fed beef
Our goal is to raise our cattle with only (mama’s milk to start) and grass. However, while we work on improving our pastures, we are supplementing their diet to help them grow. We provide additional minerals for them to choose from for an even healthier cow, and will not feed them grain when our pastures are ready to go (which will be when we sell beef). Grass-fed beef contains a higher profile of Omega-3 fatty acids (the good fats) and also has more vitamins (A, E, & B12) and antioxidants than grain-fed beef.

Our beef is single source, which means the meat from each package was from one cow. (Meat from grocery stores often combine beef from multiple animals and distribute it to ground-beef packages.) You don’t have to worry about that when you get your beef from Algiere Ranch. You can feel confident that you are putting high-quality protein into your body.
